1. General provisions

1.1. These general terms (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between ERMAX BG LTD and everyone who uses the ermax-bg.com website (the “Site”).

1.2. By accessing and using the Site you accept these Terms in full.

1.3. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.

3. Activities and services

3.1. ERMAX BG LTD manufactures and builds wastewater treatment plants and renewable energy systems, and provides engineering, consulting and construction services.

3.2. All descriptions, texts and images on the Site are informational and illustrative.

3.3. The Site does not sell directly online and does not list prices. Every service is quoted individually after an enquiry and a technical consultation.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Every quote and price proposal is prepared individually for the specific project.

4.2. Payment can be made in Bulgarian lev (BGN) or euro (EUR), as agreed between the parties.

4.3. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.4. Accepted payment methods:

bank transfer;
any other method agreed in advance between the client and ERMAX BG LTD.

5. Delivery of services

5.1. Delivery terms, deadlines and specifications are agreed in writing between the parties once the project details are settled.

5.2. When ERMAX BG LTD takes on a commitment, a contract or quote is signed setting out the specific parameters and deadlines.

5.3. The company reserves the right to decline an order where the necessary information or technical capability is missing, or where it suspects misuse.

6. Complaints and liability

6.1. Where work is not delivered or does not match the agreed parameters, the client may file a complaint under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act.

6.2. All complaints are submitted in writing by email to: office@ermax-bg.com.

6.3. ERMAX BG LTD is not liable for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond its control (force majeure, external suppliers, administrative delays and the like).

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All content on the Site, including texts, images, logos, graphics, documents and design, belongs to ERMAX BG LTD and is protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act.

7.2. Copying, distributing, reproducing or using material from the Site without explicit written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1. ERMAX BG LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site and is not liable for temporary downtime, technical problems or inaccuracies in the published information.

8.2. The company is not liable for damage caused by misreading or misusing the information on the Site.

9. Personal data protection

9.1. ERMAX BG LTD processes personal data in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

12.2. Disputes are settled by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent court in Plovdiv, Republic of Bulgaria.
