WATER COMPOSTER
DESCRIPTION
The water composter is a unit resembling the traditional tanks installed to create a domestic wastewater treatment plant, but it is used for composting organic waste from the house or garden. Thanks to periodic aeration with an air blower (compressor), you can obtain high-quality liquid compost for watering your garden crops in just two weeks.
In the water composter you can produce a multi-component plant slurry that will be an excellent fertiliser for plants grown in the garden, whether vegetables, fruit trees and shrubs or ornamental plants. The following waste can be put into the water composter: cut grass, chopped branches, leaves, weeds, kitchen waste and more. The resulting compost in liquid form can be drawn off using a float pump or a bucket.
Thanks to the aeration pump (compressor), the process of breaking down the waste is much faster, and the components of all the bio-waste dissolve in water, creating high-quality liquid compost (fertiliser). The liquid fertiliser produced is almost completely odourless and can be used directly for watering plants.

The tank is made of high-density polypropylene PP, equipped with a technical box (control panel) with a compressor and a timer.
A 220 V mains power supply is required for the composter to work. A rubber-insulated, three-core, multi-strand cable with a cross-section of 1 mm2 is run to the control panel. The power of the compressor (air blower) is 30 W. Electricity consumption is about 3.00 BGN per month.

How to install the water composter in the garden?
The tank must be buried in the ground, with only 6 cm of the inspection shaft cover visible at the surface.
The control panel with the compressor and control electronics can be mounted on a wall or buried in the ground, placed close to the tank. The power cable must be run in corrugated conduit and buried in the ground when the panel is installed next to the tank.
Instructions for use:
Fill the tank halfway with water. Now you can throw in any biomass for composting. Cover the tank with the lid. Thanks to the timer, the compressor switches on at pre-set time intervals.
Thanks to cyclical aeration, the water composter gives off no unpleasant odours. The compost and the liquid fertiliser are odourless.
